All meals are prepared in our kitchen, cooked on our wood-fired, Aussie-made stove which no longer has to provide all of our hot water (we now have solar water heating). Dinners are often traditional mouth-watering roasts, or lip-smacking casseroles with fresh home grown vegetables and salads from our own organic garden, as well as lots of lovely desserts. Special diets can be provided for, so you will need to advise of this when booking.
We can also pack you a picnic lunch to take on your trip to the Border Ranges National Park, or to take up to our gazebo on the mountain, where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous view.
We encourage you to bring your own wine (we are BYO) as there is nothing more relaxing than a glass of wine on the deck while watching the last of the day disappear.
